You will receive a confirmation email or text, once you have booked a service.
CANCELLATIONS
We dedicate our time to serve you the best and make your visit enjoyable. We are a small business. Booking an appointment means, certain time is exclusively reserved for you. Cancellations in last minutes or not showing up hurts our business as there is less foot traffic in our place. Cancellations shall be made least of 48 hours prior to actual appointment time. Cancellations in last minutes or not showing up may result into up to 100% of the service fees to be paid.

Please be courteous and notify us if you cannot make your appointment.

Cancellation and Re-scheduling can be done online.
REFUND POLICY
Services received cannot be refunded. If you experience any issues or not satisfied with the services we provide, we are more than happy to correct it within 24 hours from the day of the service. We will require you to return to the salon so that your issues with the services can be visually inspected and corrected to your satisfaction. No additional cost will be applied.

Deposits made for appointment are non-refundable. However, they can be transferred to future appointments if the re-schedule is done 48 hours prior to the appointment date.
LATE ARRIVALS
We strongly advise you to arrive at least 5 to 10 minutes early than scheduled appointment, this will allow to fill up consultation form, especially if you are a new client, also helps to unwind and relax yourself.

Arriving late will shortened the session time so that clients following you would not be inconvenienced. If you are more than 30 minutes late and a session can not be completed in the remaining time, we would have to re-schedule your appointment, unless there are no clients following your appointment.
ALLERGIC REACTIONS

We take strong precautions in terms of your health and safety. You will be required to fill up a detail of your medical conditions (please read our privacy policy) and any allergies you might have in a consultation form prior to the service. Should you have any past allergies with lash extensions, we advise not to go for it, instead lash lift could be the best options.

Reactions to lash extensions are rare but in some cases, it can show up in different forms. The most common ones are redness in eyes/swollen, eyelids/itchiness or discomfort around eye area. These symptoms are likely to show up within the first 72 hours post application. If you have these symptoms and feel uncomfortable, please contact us immediately at 0406 577 724. We strongly advise you to seek a medical assistance with your GP. We offer you free removal at no additional cost.

It is very important to keep your lashes clean after the treatment. We strongly advise to follow our “AFTER LASH CARE” provide by lash artist during your service. We have SLB lash shampoo especially designed for lash extension, please contact our store for details.
WEARING MAKE-UP
​
If you have booked a service for lash lift or lash extensions, we highly recommend removing any eye make-up, Mascara/Eyeliner. If you are coming straight from work and does not have time, we are happy to remove it, however since it takes significant time, your session time might be shortened.
