THE TIMELESS BEAUTY TREND: HENNA BROWS

In Beauty and cosmetics, trends come and go, but some practices have stood the test of time. One such timeless beauty ritual is henna brows. Temporarily tint your eyebrows with henna in a painless and all-natural way. Wake up in the morning and have your eyebrows ready, with no need for pencils or powders.

Henna, a natural plant-based dye, has been used for centuries, including body art and hair colouring. However, it has gained immense popularity in recent years as a semi-permanent alternative to traditional eyebrow tinting. Let's delve into the world of henna brows and discover why this ancient practice is enjoying a resurgence in the modern beauty industry.

What are Henna Brows:

Henna brows involve the application of henna dye to the eyebrows, resulting in a semi-permanent tint that lasts longer than traditional brow tinting. Henna is derived from the leaves of the henna plant, also known as Hinna. The leaves are ground into a fine powder, which, when mixed with a liquid, forms a paste that can be applied to the eyebrows. The dye molecules penetrate the skin's surface, staining the brow hairs and the underlying skin, creating a filled-in and defined look. Henna has been around since ancient Egyptian times when it was used for many purposes, such as dyeing hair, clothes, fabrics, and makeup.

The Benefits of Henna Brows:

Natural and Organic: Henna is a natural product that doesn't contain harsh chemicals or additives. It is a safe and eco-friendly option for those who avoid synthetic ingredients.

Long-Lasting Results: Unlike traditional brow tinting, which typically lasts a few weeks, henna brows can provide color and definition for up to six weeks. The dye molecules penetrate deeper into the skin, resulting in a longer-lasting effect.

Customizable Shades: Henna comes in various shades, from light blonde to dark brown. Beauty professionals can mix different colors to create the perfect shade that suits each individual's preferences and complements their skin tone and hair color.

Promotes Brow Hair Growth: Henna has nourishing properties that can help strengthen and condition the brow hairs. Regular henna brow treatments can potentially stimulate hair growth and improve the overall health of the eyebrows.

The Henna Brow Procedure: We at Shreezaz Lash and Brow we make sure every eyebrow hairs are touched. The henna brow procedure typically involves the following steps:

  3. Henna Application: A henna paste is prepared by mixing henna powder with a liquid, such as water or rosewater. The paste is applied to the eyebrows hair using a brush or applicator. Depending on the desired intensity, the dye is left to develop for a specific period, usually around 15-30 minutes. We offer more than seven eyebrowmake sure every eyebrow hair is types of dye colors to suit various hair colors.

  4. Removal and Aftercare: Once the henna has developed, it is carefully removed using a damp cotton pad or tissue. The brow area may be cleansed again to ensure all excess henna is removed. To maintain the longevity of the henna brows, avoiding excessive moisture and oil-based products in the treated area is recommended.
